Check-in / Check-out
Self check-in via secure entry. Standard check-in is 3:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged on request.
Maximum Occupancy
The home sleeps up to 8 guests. Occupancy above the stated maximum is not permitted.
No Unauthorized Parties or Events
Parties, weddings, and events are strictly prohibited. This preserves the home and respects our neighbors.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local ordinance. [Editable placeholder]
Parking
Two-car garage plus driveway parking is included. EV charger available for guest use. There is also free community parking throughout the neighborhood.
Smoking

Pets
No pets allowed.
Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and driveway only. There are no cameras inside the home.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in. A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled under 30 days, but more than 7 days prior to check-in. No refund will be issued if cancelled within 7 days of check-in.
Damage & Security Deposit
We are currently finalizing our rental agreement and card-on-file authorization process for any excess damages. Details will be provided with your booking approval.

This property is operated in accordance with the City of Savannah's Short-Term Vacation Rental ordinance.
